Personality is a hard nut to crack. It is a word which is often misunderstood by a lot of people. Periphery of personality generally incorporates the way a person dresses, the way they speak, the way they stand and the way they present themselves. Unequivocally, these are trademark prerequisites of a good personality but one thing that is most important for a charismatic personality is ‘Energy of the person’. Personality without energy is nothing but a goose egg. Your energy manifests you as an alert and a fit person. STEP 1 Introductory step for evolution of exceptional energy is “DEEP BREATHING”. After reading, one thing that will strike your mind is what is the role of deep breathing in personality development? But whether you believe it or not deep breathing plays colossal character in personality development. Deep breathing means you have to breathe through your belly. The oxygen that enters your blood stream by the medium of deep breathing also travels to your brain. If the brain is equipped with an optimum amount of oxygen then there is no way that any stress, depression or apathy infiltrates your mind. Deep breathing not only helps you in being more alert and active but it also acts as an anti-aging exercise.
It is like killing two birds with one stone. If you do deep breathing 10 minutes a day you will see a sudden transformation in your personality. You will become happier, more active and more positive.
STEP 2 Another aspect about personality that no one really talks about is “TESTOSTERONE”. It is a sex chemical which is present in the body of every male and female. This chemical is more dominating in male than female because female has another active chemical that is estrogen. Routine sex and masturbation leads to dearth of these chemicals in human body and other thing that burns testosterone is stress and tension. Now the question arises, how does testosterone form? There is whole science behind it. When a person eats food that food breaks down into simpler substances and after the span of 30-35 days these chemicals start developing in human body. Some people discharge these chemicals on quotidian or hourly basis which should not be done. Now the question that will counter this idea will be, should we become celibate then? The answer is simply NO. The idea is not to become a celibate but to understand the scientific concept of generation of these chemicals. It takes 30-35 days for the generation of these chemicals so you just have to hold them for longer time period as sooner or later they will get released.
Try to increase your time span for discharging these chemicals. If you do it in every 2-3 days, then try to do it after this time span say 4-5 days. Pranic food is a food full of life. It is rich in natural substances. We should consume food which is full of water. Our body contains 70% of water. Our earth is covered with 70% of water. Even our brain contains 70% of water. So the food that we consume should be rich in water content. If we are eating dead food (Dead food has no nutrients. We call it dead because refining takes out almost all of its vitamins, minerals and fiber) like burger, pizza that only satisfies our taste buds. The digestive system of our body is not able to digest it easily and our internal body organs like our intestine and specially metabolism of our body do not work efficiently. Our body spends its all energy only in digesting this food. Many a times you will see when we feel hungry our body doesn’t demand food, actually it needs water. Our body wants to be hydrated but our mind has connected it with food. In ancient times when people want to quench their thirst, at that time also they used to pluck and eat any fruit. So, many a times we ignore or don’t understand the need of our body and instead of drinking water, we just try to satisfy our inner quench by eating rather than drinking water. In general a person should drink at least 10-12 glasses of water. If you have a habit of drinking water regularly then you can be free from several diseases by releasing many toxins from your body through urinating. So try to add natural food items in your plate as many as you can.
There are two things that you can omit/avoid from your daily routine : sugar and salt. Replace sugar with jaggery or desi khand. Avoid consuming refined sugar. Consume sugar and salt in a very low quantity. When any disease grows in your body it needs fuel and sugar works as that fuel. If you decrease the amount of sugar consumption, you will see how zestful and active you feel within your body. You can observe the confidence and charisma of your personality. Any disease needs acidic environment to develop within the body.

STEP 4 Next prominent step is PHYSICAL WORKOUT. If a person does not work out, it means his energies cannot be enhanced. You cannot bring that sparkling and vibrant aura on your face if you are not tiring up yourself. Your body must get tire and sweat. You can go to gym and do work out so that you can sweat out. But if you don’t have time to go to gym then there are so many household chores that you can do and stay fit. For instance, you can wash your car, do gardening, go for jogging, do any form of dance whether its zumba or bhangra. The sole purpose to do physical workout is that you can sweat out several salted toxins from your body. Actually these salted toxins deplete the energy of our body. If you want that your energies must be high always then make workout an integral part of your day to day routine life.
STEP 5 Now the foremost step that adds colour and charm to your personality and brings magnetism on your face is “DEEP SLEEP”. Deep sleep doesn’t mean to just lie down simply and sleep. I have seen many people who used to sleep for 10 hours but they did not get the benefit similar to even one hour of sleep. They always get the cold shoulder at their workplace. On the contrary, there are people who are in the habit of sleeping only for four to five hours and they still get a second wind at their workplace. Such people are appreciated everywhere. So a good sleep enhances the energies of your body, keep yourself fit and add a sparkling aura on your face.
Because if you have a sound sleep, your rest of the day when you are awake, you will not get tired easily, you will develop the positive energy and strength within you that will drive you to work more and more and tire less.
